My name is Carole Tchatchoua. I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, certified as a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor's in nursing at Shenandoah University and my Master's of science in nursing studies from Walden University.
I am a Nurse Practitioner who manages complex medical/surgical and psychiatric conditions in patients from young adults to seniors. I am a professionally trained provider with over twenty years of clinical expertise, ensuring high standards of competent care for various patients with diverse needs. I am an energetic and motivational leader dedicated to driving top-quality patient care, with the ability to build relationships from day one.
My expertise lies in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Psychotic Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Insomnia, and OCD.
I focused specifically on helping patients who have a substance use disorder maintain sobriety through Medication Assisted Treatment. Recovery is possible, and I am committed to empowering my patients to achieve their goals.
I provide client-based psychiatric evaluation, psychosocial intervention, care coordination, referrals, and medication management. I prioritize a nonjudgmental, dignified approach to treatment and maintain strict confidentiality. I provide evidence-based care treatment that is personalised to the needs of the person.
